Getting Sleep After Facial Plastic Surgery

If you have trouble falling asleep, try avoiding the blue light from the computer and mobile phone screen before retiring to bed. Many people find meditation calming, which allows the body to unwind and fully relax. The same applies to soaking in warm water or reading a magazine. Caffeine, on the other hand, has been shown to compromise the ability to fall asleep and should be avoided.
